Basketball 02 1961-62

This has been a highly successful season; the coaching of Mr. Tully has produced improvements in standard both of the team and within the Basketball Club.

The first five matches were evenly contested and on each occasion determination and the ability to move the ball quickly and decisively in the closing stages led to victories for the school. An outing to Bishopshalt was disastrous, the team being needlessly but deservedly thrashed, but the last three games brought a return of confidence and more narrow victories.
